Personality (likes, dislikes, basically what are they like?)
Our hero's personality is very complex. He can be a class clown with his sarcasm and blunt remarks or a sweet and sensitive romantic...Sure... The romatic part will only come out if you so happen to be the person who touches him and helps him in the right way. From all the hurt he's suffered in his lifetime, he deserves a good thing, but sadly hasn't found it yet. This is why his personality is lacking in the loving department.
As for the Class Clown act, he's pretty good. Always sarcastic to his teachers. This always earns him a few chuckles in the classroom, until he's sent to Detention. He's sent there so much that he and the "Warden" are on a first name basis. Of course, that is kind of in the job description with being a Class Clown, is it not?
Appearance(what do they usually wear, any scars etc.)
How to describe our Billy? One word deffinately won't cover it... He's got good atributes, but he's no...Orlando Bloom or Justing Timberlake. He's more of a Jacoby or Zacky Vengeance. Someone along those lines, if you catch my drift. His face is actually proportioned quite nicely. His nose is long and points down a little bit. It compliments his full lips quite nicely. Not to mention his big gray eyes. As for makeup(yes, he does wear makeup) he wears a heavy coating of black eyeliner, as fashionable these days. Anything else adorning this face? Yes. He's got both ears pierced and keeps small gauges in them as well as a nosering pierced into the left side of his nose and a lipring in the center of his full, bottom lip. He usually doesn't wear the lipring though, just enough so it won't grow in. The nosering is worn all the time, just different sometimes.
((added note :: his face is usually dominated by either a passive, slightly sarcastic look or a sarcastic smile.))
Now, onto clothes, hair and body. Picking up where we left off, his hair is black, short in the back, and long in the front. He sometimes keeps the front in his eyes and spikes up the back. It all depends on his mood and how lazy he is or isn't. His body is not particularly buff or fit, but it's not on the fat side either. He's rather skinny and keeps this way by just jogging a little each day. In Phys Ed, he just does the minimum required. Go slacker! As for clothes, he dresses on the punkish side. Straight leg jeans, converse and band tee shirts with a hoodie overtop. Not all that complex, so, as his creator, I shouldn't really have to go farther into detail.
History:
Where to start? The beginning? I suppose we could start there. At the horrible beginning of our poor star's complicated life. Billy was born by an unplanned, unwanted pregnancy of his mother, Elisa. When he came out into the cold, unwanting world, he was looked upon with remorse and disdain, unlike the other children who were looked upon with love. During his years of being brought up, he never got a "Good job, son" or even a pat on the back. His parents just constantly pointed out his flaws. "You're too skinny. You'll never get onto the football team!", his mother would scream at him. This was only during his elementary school life, mind you.
Now, onto junior high. From all the verbal abuse he suffered from both parents, he went almost insane. In the sixth grade, he met up with another child who was having the same problems. Well, with the family not loving him and all. His name was Vincint. This Vincint introduced our little star to self mutilation. By the end of the sixth grade, Billy was a pro, or so you might say. Vince and Billy stayed mutilating partners through half of the seventh grade when Vince's mom upset him particularly badly and he just committed suicide. This threw Billy out of self mutilation and into a deep deep depression. Not even his mother would bother him, as she saw how much pain he was in. This lasted through the eighth grade.
High school is where Billy found a sort of refuge. He came out of his depression in his Freshman year, the exact time, who knows. All we know is that he came out of it the moment kids laughed at his subtle sarcasm and passive agressive insults. The laughter was a kind of form of love and friendship, which Billy craved. Sure, he gets attention now, but he's found his niche, his calling. And a way to cover up his pain which has still not been let out completely. Another way to let out his feelings was to get tattoos and pericings, which he started doing in his senior year.

Gasp! Detention for Billy again? Who would've figured? Well, everyone! He was one of those Class Clown guys and was expected to get in trouble and be sent to Detention at least once a week. What was our hero's offence this time, you wonder? Well, it's quite simple actually, and for anyone not in the classroom at the time, here's what 'went down'.
The teacher was making the class learn about some deadbeat historical writer...Mark Twain, if he could remember correctly. Anyways, the teacher was teaching and mistakenly called on Billy. With this passive yet still slightly smug look on his face, Billy turned to the teacher and waited for the question he was to be asked. What was Mark Twain's greatest work, in your opinion, Mr. Stephens? Billy stared at the teacher through his gray, eyeliner covered eyes, wating for the entire class to look his way before responding in his low, relaxed voice. Well, sir, I really don't know. You were probably there when Twain wrote his greatest work of lit, you tell me. Oh, I can see glue spots today, Mr. P. He smiled and was already up before the teacher could even dismiss him.
Now, he was walking up to the Detention room. One he knew very well. Billy stopped and smiled softly as he saw a young lady sneak from the office into her seat before Frank, the Detention 'warden' came into the room. Billy walked on in and threw his hand up in greeting. "Hey Frank, how're the kids?" Frank answered gruffly and asked Billy what he did this time. Billy replied with what I provided above and went to his seat afterwards. This seat choice was beside the lovely young lady who was paying James Bond. He watched her throw the paper airplane and raised his hand when Frank asked who did it. "I did! Sorry Frank! I got bored." Frank settled down and Billy turned to the young lady.
"What's your name? What did you do? And why did you just throw that at Frank?" He asked his questions in a non threating, passive way, as always. He always spoke in this manner. Always. It was just his manner. Like his facial expressions. Always subtle, always mysterious, usually passive. That's why he was like the best CC ever. He was funny and insulting in such a way that got teachers incredibly worked up. But, being him was hard. I mean, he did always get sent to the 'Warden's office. Didn't he?
