Jessica sighed and leaned foreward with another sigh. She then read the new messages and was relieved to get off the subject. She then began typing. JessEEKa966: Yeah. I guess we should change the topic.
JessEEKa966: So what music are you in to? Yeah, music was a big part in Jessica's life. She loved U2, Green Day, Classic rock, alternative rock and some pop rock, but not much. She played the guitar avidly along with knowing the piano and drums. Along with the recorder, (4th grade. Nesscesairy to pass. Ugh) and french horn (5th grade). She could sorta sing but mainly playing was her passion. Along with listening to her collection of songs loaded onto her beloved U2 Video iPod (Thank you Jack and Kyan. Xmas rocked!!)

What kind of music was he into? He was into a lot of different types of music and would listen anything except for classical music and jazz. He needed music that had words in it otherwise he'd just start to either A, drift off into space and daydream of B, he'd fall asleep and that wasn't a very good thing when you were driving. Besides, he didn't want to get into a car accident the last one he'd been in had been two years ago. It hadn't been his fault though since somebody else had hit his truck and sent it into a concrete bridge that had been one of the most scary things in his life.
&&Me: I'm into a lot of different types of music. Basically, I'll listen to anything but jazz and classical music. To sum it all up, I dislike music that doesn't have words in it.
At the moment he wasn't listening to any music since it was late at night and he didn't want to wake anybody up. It was then that he realized that it was past midnight, oh well he didn't have to get up the next day for anything. Since he had to be to work by one and work until nine o'clock when the hardware store closed. He'd always wondered why it stayed open so late until he had started to work there. He now knew that a lot of emergencies happened in the evening hours and people need the materials to fix them.
&&Me: I've got a rather large CD collection and I probably only listen to half of the Cd's that I own.

Jessica opened up iTunes and scrolled through her songs to see what else she had. She heard the familiar ding and opened back up iChat and read the new messages. Once more, like all other times she began to type.
JessEEka966:Cool. I have my whole collection in CDs and on my beloved U2 iPod. I swear like a 4th of it is just U2. I got the iPod from one of my brothers for Xmas and my other bro got me the Complete U2.
JessEEKa966: Also, I am a huge Green Day fan along with classic rock. I also like movie scores/soundtracks if they are good.
With a yawn she tapped enter once more and continued stroking her cat.

He knew how much easier it was listening to music with an iPod, you didn't have to drag twenty CD's around with you all of the time. Not to mention, it was a lot easier since in a way, it did save money. Since you didn't have to spent fifteen bucks on a CD that you only wanted a few songs off of. Sure there always was downloading music but for some reason he wasn't a very big fan of it.
&&Me: Oh yes, I love my iPod it's just so much easier. I bought mine, just because I knew that it would make life that much more easier. Actually, I think that I got it after I got a raise at the hardware store but I'm not so sure about that.
He'd been working at the hardware store for years now, and after he was all finished with college he probably would still work there for awhile after that. He liked working there and you could actually talk to people there. He could never have a job where you didn't get to speak with anybody, he was too social for that.
&&Me: This is sad, I'm actually tired and it's only midnight.

Jessica yawned as she read the messages. She loved her iPod. It was her baby and she loved her huge collection of music. Being able to carry it with her all the time was just priceless to her.
JessEEKa966: Lol. Yeah.
JessEEKa966: Ok, your turn to pick the topic. Go.
Yeah, lame post. Whatever, she was passing the duty on to him. She was getting tired, which was pretty lame due to the fact it was only midnight. with a shrug she hit the familiar enter key.

He knew that he'd better get off soon since he was tired and sometimes when he was tired he'd get a little...loopy. He didn't really think that she'd want to hear about random things or things that didn't make sense. Not to mention, he sometimes would get a little hyper and that certainly wouldn't be good either. Especially when everybody else in the house was sleeping and his dad was a really light sleeper. So, if he heard him moving around a lot he'd probably get yelled at and told to go to bed.
&&Me: Um, how about the next topic can be how I'm really tired for some reason and probably should be getting to bed. It was really nice talking to you though. And if you ever feel the urge to buy some random power tool or something stop by the hardware store. I'm basically there five days a week.
